Terms of Use

1. Introduction

WhoUp is a global platform offering competitive interactions via user voting, global ranking of profiles, and future features like community challenges. The app caters to all audiences with specific versions tailored to different interests.

2. User Accounts

Eligibility: The app is open to all but is not recommended for users under 18. Accounts of minors may be banned without prior notice. Account Management: Users can delete their account and all associated data at any time via the app settings. Data Collection: All necessary data (photos, profiles, activity) is collected for the app's functionality but can be deleted at the user's request.

3. Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities or violations of local laws are strictly prohibited. Violations of internal WhoUp rules will result in immediate banning without notice or justification.

4. User Content

Users may freely share their content. A watermark may be added to certain shared materials. Ownership: WhoUp owns the rights to all content published on the platform, including photos, votes, and rankings. Users can freely share or use their own content outside the app.

5. Privacy and Security

User data is protected using tools like Cloudflare and complies with GDPR and CCPA regulations. However, users acknowledge that risks may persist. WhoUp commits to not sharing data with malicious third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

WhoUp and its content (code, algorithms, design) are the exclusive property of LG2-SOFT. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Liability Limitations

WhoUp does not guarantee continuous or error-free service. All services, free or paid, are provided "as is" and considered ephemeral. No refunds are available.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the governing jurisdiction will be the location where the app was developed.

9. Modifications

WhoUp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of major updates through the app.
